InnoTec was founded in 2023 by Dr. Wenyao Xu to utilize state of the art health technologies combined with artificial intelligence to assist, augment, and advance our lives.  At the time, Dr. Xu lead a team of smart health experts in both clinical medicine and computer science at University of Buffalo. The team have innovated technologies for Parkinson, Alzhimers, and stroke patients to improve their quality of life. By tracking, monitoring, and enhancing their cognitive state, emotion state, and motor skills.
